Carpet tiles
Modular commercial carpet in monolithic, quarter-turn, ashlar or approved pattern layouts, with replaceable individual tiles.
Carpet tile, LVT and vinyl flooring for offices and commercial interiors, supported by careful subfloor preparation and finishing.
Fovero installs modular and resilient flooring for office fit-outs, refurbishments and selected residential interiors in Dubai and the UAE.
Before installation, we inspect the existing finish and subfloor for flatness, contamination, adhesive residue, damage and visible moisture concerns. The chosen product, preparation and adhesive must work as one system. Where a moisture risk is suspected, appropriate testing and manufacturer guidance should be considered before work proceeds.

Modular commercial carpet in monolithic, quarter-turn, ashlar or approved pattern layouts, with replaceable individual tiles.
LVT planks or tiles for durable commercial surfaces with selected wood, stone or abstract visual finishes.
Resilient flooring for appropriate office, back-of-house and selected specialist interior applications.
Controlled lifting of finishes, separation of retained areas and removal of loose adhesive or residues.
Grinding, cleaning, local repair and levelling where required to meet the selected system's installation criteria.
Coordinated skirting, thresholds, edge trims and transitions between different finishes and floor heights.

The area is surveyed and divided into installation zones. Existing finishes are removed where included, the substrate is prepared, setting-out is agreed and the selected adhesive and flooring are installed according to the product requirements.
Removal, adhesive residue, cracks, unevenness and moisture concerns can require preparation beyond the new finish itself.
Material format, pattern, wastage, trims, skirting and transitions all affect quantities and installation time.
Occupied offices, furniture moves, phased zones, restricted deliveries and protection requirements influence sequencing.
Carpet tiles provide a textile finish with modular replacement and acoustic comfort, while LVT provides a resilient surface available in wood, stone and other visual designs. Suitability depends on traffic, cleaning and design needs.
The subfloor must meet the flooring manufacturer's flatness and condition requirements. Local repair, grinding or a levelling compound may be required after inspection.
Yes. Existing carpet, vinyl, LVT and selected other finishes can be removed as part of an agreed strip-out scope, including adhesive residue treatment and disposal.
This depends on the preparation materials, adhesive system, temperature and product guidance. The handover plan should allow the specified curing time before traffic or furniture returns.
Yes. Office flooring can be divided into zones, with furniture and access coordinated around the agreed sequence and protection applied to completed areas.
